Scope of Work
The Subcontractor agrees to carry out same-day courier deliveries on behalf of the Contractor, transporting goods from Point A to Point B within the agreed timeframe.

Responsibility of the Subcontractor
The Subcontractor is fully responsible for the safe collection, handling, transportation, and delivery of all consignments. Full responsibility applies from collection through to successful delivery.

Insurance Requirements
The Subcontractor must hold valid Public Liability Insurance, Goods in Transit Insurance, and appropriate Motor Insurance for courier work. Proof must be provided upon request.

Liability
The Subcontractor accepts full liability for loss, theft, or damage to goods, and any failure to deliver or delays.

Vehicle Types & Pricing Structure
Rates are based on vehicle category required for the job: Small Car, Small Van, Mid-Size Van, Small Wheelbase Van, Medium Wheelbase Van, Long Wheelbase Van, Extra Long Wheelbase Van, Luton Van, and 7.5 Tonne Vehicle.

Waiting Time & Loading / Unloading Charges
The first hour of loading/unloading is free. Additional waiting time is charged as per the table below.

Conduct & Compliance
The Subcontractor must act professionally and comply with all UK transport laws. Vehicles must be roadworthy and properly maintained.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed per job. Any additional charges must be clearly recorded.

Termination
The Contractor may terminate the agreement in cases of breach, lack of insurance, or misconduct.

By accepting any delivery, the Subcontractor agrees to all of the Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
